New addition to Brown Butler’s Corporate Finance team
Lyndsey Shaw has been appointed Corporate Finance Director at Brown Butler, the leading independent firm of chartered accountants in Leeds, as it strengthens its team in its centenary year.
With a strong reputation in the Yorkshire deals market, having been a Partner at Sterling Corporate Finance, Lyndsey brings with her a raft of experience as lead advisor on disposals, acquisition, MBOs and joint ventures.
Lyndsey commented, “I am very excited to join a well-established firm that has such a strong client base and an excellent reputation in the market. I’m looking forward to bringing my transactional experience to Brown Butler’s exceptional client base, working with the rest of their corporate finance team here in Leeds.”
The firm is currently celebrating its 100th anniversary with a variety of events that have included launching a specially brewed beer and raising funds for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance, for which they are on the way to raising over £5,000.
