Shaw Gibbs leads on the sale of the Revival Group Limited to MA Group Limited
Top 100 accountancy practice Shaw Gibbs have advised the shareholders of the Revival Group Limited on the sale of the company to MA Group Limited.
The Revival Group, supports property owners who have been affected by floods, escape of water or fire damage. The company works closely with insurance providers and loss adjustors to ensure the reinstatement of homes and their contents following a disaster. They offer a complete fire and flood restoration service through a national network of offices and franchised branches.
MA Group Limited is a leading property claims management business. They specialise in property claims handling for insurers and intermediaries and property repair and maintenance services for property owners and their agents.
